Kartech nylon axle stiffener bush for 50mm axles.
Stop axle damage. Fit one inside each end of the axle, under the bearing grub screws. It stops the screws crushing the axle out of round, so axle changes stay quick and easy. This matters most on soft axles, which crush the easiest.
Running a cut-down axle? Fit a stiffener bush right at the end of the axle, under the wheel hub. With less axle for the hub to clamp on, the bush stops the end crushing and the wheel coming loose mid-session.
Fitting: slide the bush into the end of the axle, line it up with the grub screw, then tighten the screw to lock it in place.
Designed to fit KR, Kartech and all 50 × 2mm axles. Two required per axle (one each end). Sold individually.
