PLEASE NOTE: DPE Kart Superstore provides warranty/service for AiM MyChron karting products sold in Australia and New Zealand after 14/07/25. To obtain warranty/service:

  1. Download and complete the Mychron Warranty/Service Form.
  2. Contact us by email at sales@depkt.com before shipping any product for service.
  3. Send products, completed form and proof of purchase to:

Conditions of Warranty for AiM MyChron karting products sold after 14/07/25 within Australia & New Zealand

  1. All AiM MyChron Products are covered by a 12 month warranty from date of purchase (excluding sensors as listed below).
  2. For warranty service you will need to supply proof of purchase from DPE Kart Superstore or one of our dealers.
  3. This warranty excludes items that are damaged from racing incidents and/or water damage, or normal wear and tear.
  4. Sensors EGT, H2O, CHT are NOT covered by warranty.
  5. DPE Kart Superstore is not responsible for the incorrect procedure of firmware upgrades that may leave the system inoperable.
  6. DPE Kart Superstore WILL NOT be responsible for LOSS or DAMAGE of goods in freight. Freight & Insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
  7. DPE Kart Superstore reserves the right to exclude items and or systems for warranty or service, that may be classed as race damage or other damage.
  8. DPE Kart Superstore reserves the right to apply the Manufacturer’s Warranty for goods that are deemed by DPE Kart Superstore and/or the Manufacturer to be faulty.
  9. If the goods are faulty as deemed by the DPE Kart Superstore then DPE Kart Superstore may at their discretion repair, replace or exchange the faulty components or items.
  10. Faulty or damaged goods received on delivery must be notified in writing to DPE Kart Superstore within 7 days from date of delivery.
  11. DPE Kart Superstore reserves the right to refuse items under the Manufacturer’s warranty that may have risen from user damage, racing incidents, water damage, incorrect application and or installation.
  12. Refunds on faulty products will only be considered if the item cannot be replaced or repaired to Manufacturer’s specification.
  13. DPE Kart Superstore is not responsible for damage, loss and or costs resulting from the incorrect installation or application, the use of firmware updates or upgrades of any product for its given purpose.
  14. AiM MyChron karting products are deemed for use as instrumentation for racing purposes only. Street and non-racing use is at the purchasers own liability.
  15. AiM MyChron karting products damaged from water or other liquids, or misuse, may result as a chargeable repair, as deemed by DPE Kart Superstore.
  16. DPE Kart Superstore is not responsible for costs, damages, personal injury, liability or property loss or damage arising from the use of AiM MyChron karting products.
  17. DPE Kart Superstore reserves the right to change specifications or documentations at anytime without notification.
