J-FLEX technology was designed to create safety devices in the sports sector and karting world. JECKO has deployed economic resources and approximately 24 months from the first laboratory tests to the final patenting phase to obtain it.
J-FLEX is a “sandwich” of hi-tech materials. This technology, by a carbon fibre core completely embedded in rubber material, determines a product that has at the same time high impact resistance and extreme flexibility.
The new RIB-PROTECTOR product line by JECKO made with the new J-FLEX technology is used in the karting world to protect drivers while driving.
ANTI VIBRATION - The elasticity of the body reduces the vibrations that the seat transmits to the driver.
ERGONOMIC - Each element that makes up the rib protector has been designed taking into account ergonomics for use and wearability.
ANTI ABRASION - The external film that covers the rib protector is tested to be used in conditions of high stress due to rubbing.
BREATHABLE PADDING - Studied and designed to cushion stress during driving and improve breathability especially in high temperature condition in order to guarantee the best comfort for the rider.
ULTRA SLIM - The in-depth study of the torso anatomy combined with J-FLEX technology has allowed JECKO technicians to create a product with an ultra-compact design. All the accessories that make up the rib protector have been designed with this philosophy.
HIGH QUALITY MATERIAL - To obtain a unique product, hi-tech materials have been used.
ULTRA LIGHT - The use of a cutting-edge material such as carbon fibre to create the core of the body and front has allowed us to reduce its weight to a minimum.
ANTI SPLINTER - J-FLEX technology allows the carbon fibre to be coated, protecting the rider from possible splinters in case of impact breakage.
UNIQUE PIECE - The molding technology developed by JECKO, currently in the patent phase, has allowed the creation of an object with unique characteristics of comfort, safety and design.
