KART CHASSIS REPAIR

DPE Kart Superstore offers a kart chassis straightening and repair service for all brands of racing karts. A $200 Inspection Fee applies, which also includes repair of most damage. This usually takes around 1 week. If your chassis needs excessive repairs, we will contact you regarding timing and cost.

Powder coating is also available in either Arrow Blue or Gloss Black, at a cost of $450 (includes stripping and refinishing). Allow 2-3 weeks.

NOTES: 

  • Chassis Repair Form must be completed and included with chassis when sending to DPE.
  • Chassis must be completely bare and stripped of absolutely all fittings and bolts (see image below).
  • All freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
